The publisher

An intelligence desk, not an estate agent.

Eudo Media is an independent editorial publication covering Southern Africa’s Special Economic Zones. We publish the directory, we route your enquiry to the zone authority — and we do not sell, lease or broker land.

What we are

An editorial gateway: a directory of SEZ sites, a source-backed intelligence desk, and a single enquiry channel to the authorities behind them.

What we are not

Not an estate agent, not a zone operator, not a government body. We report and route; we do not transact land.

Who it is for

Investors and manufacturers weighing a long-horizon commitment in Southern Africa, and the zone authorities who want qualified enquiries.

The standard

Data honesty, stated plainly

One rule governs everything published here: no claim without a number, no number without a source. Where a figure is confirmed, it carries its statutory or documentary basis. Where it is not, it carries a [DATA PENDING] or [VERIFY] tag and is listed in the verification register until it is confirmed.

That is why the zones currently appear under working names, and why site figures show as pending rather than as estimates. An invented number is worse than an honest gap.

Editorial principles
1

Source everything

Every figure cites statute, release or framework.

2

Tag the unknowns

Unconfirmed data is flagged, never guessed.

3

Route, don’t broker

Enquiries go to the authority; we take no land position.

4

Byline the work

Briefings carry an author and a date.

One enquiry, routed once.

You send one enquiry. The platform routes it to the zone authority within one working day; the authority responds within five. No form-chasing across multiple websites.
